The Minister of Arts Heritage and the Gaeltacht met Director Clive Byrne and Creative Engagement NAPD, Saturday, in the National Gallery of Ireland.
Minister Heather Humphreys TD, was delighted to view Creative Engagement project work and to meet a past pupil and art teacher, Ms Genevieve Gallagher, from her alma mater St Aidan’s Comprehensive School, Cootehill. The Minister was also viewed work and was presented with a gift of a ceramic butterfly by art teacher Cathy Kavanagh and students from St. Mary’s Secondary School, HFC, Glasnevin.
All schools are now looking forward to the exhibition of Creative Engagement 2014 in Collins Barracks Saturday October 4.
