The Drimnagh Castle CBS Creative Engagement 2017 Project is well underway. They have just completed a two day workshop with ceramic artist Heather Buchanan. TY’s have collaborated with Art and Environmental Studies to design Insect Hotels in preparation for their green flag on Biodiversity. They will produce 4 outdoor pieces – three wall pieces and one free standing piece. They hope to provide an Insect friendly environment whilst also being visually stimulating. The work will be completed in the new year as they are fired, glazed and constructed.
