Dublin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St. Mary&#8217;s Secondary School in Glasnevin concentrated their Creative Engagement Project on Art &amp; Climate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art Process<br>Art making led by our artist following her talk and demonstrations, took place indoors and outdoors using high quality, sustainable materials in a playful way. Students engaged by remembering, imagining, observing to connect with nature and capture their experience of the weather, in an expressive way.<br>Each student curated their process by deciding when to start, pause, continue or stop their art action, allowing them autonomy to edit as they wished. They also created individual notebooks to gather their process and reflections throughout the two sessions with the artist. They then selected their favourite piece for display and curated their exhibition seen here.<br>Supporting Teachers, N Cunningham &amp; C Kavanagh<br>Geography Process<br>Revision of topic, \u2018Weather\u2019, followed by creative making to express their understanding of the impact climate change will have.
