Cork 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Kinsale Community School had great work done on their Creative Engagement Project 2020 before the schools closure. The project\u00a0was based on designing and building a full size public seating installation for students in the school setting. The shape and design was based on the size profile shape of a wave. This was inspired from a project they\u00a0worked on last year and from their\u00a0geographical setting as a coastal town. They\u00a0had paired with architect Andrew Lane who is a lecturer at U.C.C. The students were broken up into different teams within the classroom working on Design, Research, Construction Methods and Aesthetics. They\u00a0had created several scaled models of possible design solutions for their\u00a0chair.
