St. Aloysius Girls Secondary School, Cork and their Creative Engagement Project 2018:
The TY students at St.Als in Cork City have been working with local Ceramics artist Luke Sisk. The students are creating a selection of tiles, some of which are based on old design patterns used in the school during the 1960’s as well as their own contemporary designs.
The tiles will be mounted on a wall at the back of the school as part of a long term project to open up this space and use it as a vibrant out door area for all students to enjoy.
